Plant Description
Hawthorn is a thorny shrub, or small tree, that grows 5 - 13 feet tall and is found in Europe, West Asia, North America, and North Africa. It is part of the rose family. Hawthorn produces white flowers and red to black berries called haws that are about the size of a blueberry.
