Cruciferous Blend Facts
Cruciferous Blend is a blend of vegetables and their fiber. The blend comes from cruciferous vegetables like cabbage, broccoli, brussel sprouts, kale and cauliflower. Studies have shown that people who have a diet high in cruciferous vegetables have lower rates of cancer. Cruciferous Blend is a super antioxidant to help combat cancer and heart disease because it is a good source of beta carotene, selenium, Vitamins C and E and glutathione (a combination of three amino acids). It is also an excellent source of fiber.
How Cruciferous Blend Works
Cruciferous Blend contains phytochemicals called indoles, which may work against cancer by blocking estrogen amounts so they don't trigger the growth of tumors in areas of the body like the breast, a part of the body sensitive to estrogen. Cruciferous blend also contains another cancer-fighter called sulforaphane which stimulates protective enzymes to deter tumor growth. Additionally, this blend is a source of nutrients that offers antioxidants to combat free radicals, fiber to prevent constipation and digestive diseases and it may help in the prevention of colon, breast, lung and cervix cancer.
