Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours, if your order is placed between Sunday - Friday (48 hours if your order is placed on Saturday). Exception: our Custom Advantage product line (custom made-to-order vitamins), ships in approximately 5 -7 days.

Shipping to U.S. Destinations

U.S. destination orders are sent by USPS Priority Mail and can be sent to both street, post office box, and miltiary addresses. Please allow 2 - 3 days for delivery.

Shipping to International Destinations

International destination orders are shipped USPS International Priority Mail. Please allow 7 - 10 days for delivery.

Note that your purchase may be subject to a customs duty tax in your country, and it is your responsibility before ordering to verify that importation of dietary supplements is permitted. We do not issue any refunds for products that are returned to us due to failure to pay custom taxes, failure to claim item from customs, or entry refusal by the destination country.

Refund Policy

All products are eligible for refunds excluding the Custom Advantage product line (these supplements are custom made/special orders and are nonrefundable). For eligible products, simply mail the product back within 30 days of purchase for a refund upon receipt.
