Plant Description
Zhi Shi is an evergreen citrus tree that grows to approximately 30 feet tall. Its natural habitat is India and China, but it is cultivated in Spain, Madeira, and Portugal. Zhi Shi has white flowers and produces an orange fruit called a seville, or bigarade.
